We, APS, had an opportunity to involved in 45/60 TPH palm oil mill with 6.2 MW power plant for CPP company limited, which is subsidiary company of Chumporn Palm Oil Industry Public Company Limited (CPI). The purposes of project are to construct palm oil mill and uses palm waste as fuel in internal power plant which distributes power to internal palm oil process and export to PEA.
Our responsibilities covered from pre-construction phase to operation & maintenance phase for both palm oil business and power plant business which included project feasibility study, conceptual design, project schedule control, project cost control, EPC and O&M contract verification and management, project management, etc.
