We, APS, had an opportunity to manage the 9.9 MW Biomass power plant construction project for Green Power 2 Company Limited, a subsidiary company of Chai Watana Tannery Group Public Company Limited (CWT), from 18th of November 2016 to 31st of December 2018.
Our service covered pre-construction phase until operation & maintenance phase which included project feasibility review, project schedule review, EPC contract and Operation & Maintenance contract verification and management, construction management and schedule control, EPC progress verification, contractual document verification and control, advice for system improvement, etc.
